Can you revoke a bond in Kansas?

Yes, you can revoke a bond at any time in Kansas. It can either be by a judge or the bondsman if the bondsman has decided you are high risk or flight risk. If the person who co-signed on the bond decided they no longer want to be a part of it or feels that you are not going to make your court date or decide to run, then they can go to the bondsman and get taken off the bonds as soon as the bondsman finds you and turns you back into the police/jail.

We do Wichita bail bonds and help find inmates.
