No, once a bond is signed and the person has walked out of the jail, the fee to a bondsman is non-refundable. Even if you go back to jail or are found inncoent or get a diversion. The bondsman fee is a service fee for putting the money up for you in the first place and you don’t get that money back. If you paid the court the full bond amount and your bond is for some reason revoked, then you do get your money back minus small court fees which are usually $60-$300 depending on the state and process.
Can you revoke a bond and get your money back?
