Yes, if you have the cash in your pocket at the time of the arrest then you can bail yourself out. If you do not have the cash in your pocket, you can make a collect call to a bondsman and they will get a property release to go get the card or cash you have stored somewhere, and get the money you need to abil you out on your behlf.
